Please join us for a special Westchester Warriors recognition event at the
14th Annual Go the Distance Walk and Family Fun Day located at
Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital to celebrate and thank the Westchester
Warriors and their friends for raising close to $230,000.00 to help
fi ght pediatric cancer.
The event, which includes a casual, one-mile walk and a host of family activities,
draws thousands of supporters to the Westchester Medical Center campus
each year. Before and after the walk there will be live entertainment, games
and activities for all ages.
Sunday, September 16
Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital - Macy Oval, adjacent to the Maria Fareri Children’s
Hospital on the Westchester Medical Center campus, 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY.
Once on the campus please follow signs for parking. Parking is free.
• 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast at the Westchester Warriors Hospitality Tent
• 9 a.m. – Check presentation and group photo
• 9:30 a.m. – One mile Go the Distance Walk begins
Family Fun activities will run until Noon. Activities include: Face Painting,
Bounce Houses, Crafts, Carnival Games, The Bubble Bus, Character Appearances
and much MORE!
All Warriors should wear their uniform jerseys. You may be photographed or fi lmed
as professional photographers and possible media outlets will be present.
