WESTCHESTER WARRIORS HOCKEY PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY:

At the Westchester Warriors, our goal is to create good-charactered, sportsmanlike hockey
experiences that connect Westchester Warriors charity-based events toward fundraising for the
Maria Fareri Pediatric Cancer Hospital.
Our emphasis is on providing fun opportunities for players, through hockey participation in a
positive, competitive environment, to compete and showcase their hockey skills, grow as young
hockey players and people, and act as ambassadors of the Westchester Warriors Charity Hockey
Organization. While winning is a collateral goal of our hockey teams, it is not the primary focus or
function of the Westchester Warriors.

MARIA FARERI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL

The Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital is a world-renowned Pediatric Cancer Center located in
Valhalla, N.Y. 100% of the donations go directly to the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital without
reduction of any kind. The hospital treats children from around the world who suffer from the most
severe pediatric diseases. While we assist the hospital generally, we have a very special focus on
the pediatric oncology group.

WARRIORS VOLUNTEERISM

The Westchester Warriors hockey program is a complete, charitable endeavor. All positions in the
organization are on a volunteer basis. There is no compensation or stipend in exchange for time or
service.
