Westchester Warriors U18 Team @ Doritos - Bridgeportport CT

What a weekend! The Westchester Warriors U18 Team went to Bridgeportport CT to take on the Doritos Spring Tournament. So we start out Driving 1 1/2 hours Friday night for game 1. The game starts at 8:40 PM 4 minutes and 30 seconds into the game the power goes out. With the whole neighborhood out we pack up and start the 1:30 drive home. The boys make short work of the two games on Saturday winning 5-1 and 7-1 making it to the championship Sunday morning at 10:20. We’ll it would take 1 minute and 54 seconds into 3 on 3 OT for Daniel Kauber to score the game winning goal capping off our tournament with a 2-1 win. Nicholas only gave up 1 goal over the whole weekend and was in net at the end. Congratulations to all the Westchester Warriors and it was another great spring raising money for Maria Fareri’s Childrens hospital.
